Queer Chocolatier owner Morgan Roddy will guide you through several samples of chocolates with the same cacao percentage made from beans from across the globe. I will walk through a process of identifying different flavors, tastes, textures while providing you with the vocabulary to help enhance your experience. What a tasty way to travel the world through chocolate!
