Have you ever wanted to know how to taste chocolate and find the words to express your experience? Are you interested in sampling several different chocolates to compare different characteristics of each bar? Do you just want to be in the company of chocolate-loving fanatics?

Then this event is for you!

Queer Chocolatier owner, Morgan Roddy, will guide you through several samples of chocolates currently available in the QC bean-to-bar lineup. She will walk through a process of identifying different flavors, tastes, textures while providing you with the vocabulary to help enhance your experience.

Hosted at the Culinary Cottage at 6pm on Thursday, February 12th.

Christiana Mann, owner of the Culinary Cottage, will provide a delicious snack board to graze upon and aid in cleansing palates between chocolate samples!

In addition, all Queer Chocolatier products will be available for sale, including an early-bird opportunity to get a Valentine’s Snack Box!
