I crafted an IPA Caramel by gently boiling down the brew to approximately 25% of its volume to concentrate the hoppy bitterness. Next, I poured the IPA concentrate into a pot with Brazilian organic cane sugar and cooked it to a golden caramel syrup! The resulting caramel is delightfully sweet and floral!

The IPA Caramel is infused into coconut cream to make the ganache for the truffles, which are then finished with a crunchy coating of crushed pretzels! Those pops of salt on the pretzels make all the flavors sing!!
