60% Dark Chocolate — Classic, trusty bar. Base chocolate for truffles and most drinking chocolates.

90% Dark Chocolate — Deep, dark, yet smooth. Great for those who like things less sweet.

55% Dark Oat Milk Chocolate — Darker than ordinary milk chocolate, but with a touch of sweetness that comes from the oats. Perfect for those who like dairy-free yet not super dark chocolate.

Up All Night (espresso) — For the night owls burning midnight oil! Espresso beans are ground with cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and a little sugar to give you a bar with a jolt!

Malted Milk Chocolate — A throwback of flavor, using malted milk powder to make our 40% malted milk chocolate feels like a nostalgic visit to a soda fountain to sip on a chocolate malt shake.

Buttermilk White Chocolate — The first white chocolate offered by Queer Chocolatier, not-too-sweet and with a little zing to keep you reaching for another morsel.

Blond White Chocolate — A delicious spin on white chocolate, milk powder is toasted to give a caramelized flavor and color, all of which opens one’s mind to a world of possibilities!

Strawberry White Chocolate — A delicious berries & cream combination in a bar! Blended freeze-dried strawberries are mixed with cocoa butter, sugar, and milk powder for this test batch!

Cookie Butter Blond — Adding the exquisite texture and craveable flavor of Biscoff cookie crumbles to the Blond White Chocolate is how the Cookie Butter Blond bar makes your dreams come true!

PBBBQ — Spicy, sweet, nutty, creamy, salty, and chocolatey! Peanut butter powder mixed with milk powder to create a nutty milk chocolate bar then a smoked honey habanero spice blend is added to kick up all the flavor to a higher level and finished off with chopped peanuts for exquisite texture!
