Queer Chocolatier is proud to present our perfectly imperfect bean-to-bar line so that we can delight you with our learning process and our journey towards perfection!
For those looking for fun flavor and excitement, take a look at our Inclusion bars! Unless noted otherwise in the description, all Inclusion bars will be make with a 70% dark chocolate.
For those who are delightfully pretentious like me, take a look at our Single Origin Collection and have your own tasting party! Enjoy the journey in tasting the darkest chocolate possible (100% cacao) on down to increasingly more sweet, but still satisfyingly complex, bars! You might find there are one or two bars you may not enjoy eating out of hand but do not despair! Any bar can make a great drinking chocolate in a pinch!

Want to understand the difference in flavor and texture our bean-to-bar chocolate has when there are different amounts of cocoa percentages in each bar? Want to know what all that even means??
Try our single-origin collection! Receive 5 bars ranging from 100% cocoa, 85%, 70%, 60%, and our 45% dark “milk-style” chocolate (which contains no dairy and is made with oats)!
First up on our list of Single-origin bars are our bars made from beans sourced from Cahabón, Guatemala!
We will then have a range of bars made from beans sourced from Tumaco, Colombia! Stay tuned for that release soon!
